An art school learned which ad brought each student

A visual artist with a large Instagram community, a school and artwork for sale. I built the assistant that answers her messages, her school dashboard and her website.

Before

  • Messages waitingQuestions about prices, workshops and general info piled up for days on Instagram.
  • School in notesAttendance, payments per term and next-cycle dates lived in memory.
  • Sales by messageArtwork, merch and sign-ups depended on manual transfers.
  • Ads in the darkWhere each student came from went unrecorded.

What I built

  • Assistant with her catalogAnswers with the school's real prices and info, and hands the conversation to her whenever she wants to take it.
  • Per-post campaignsEach reel has its own offer, price, schedule and seats. Messages link to the ad on their own and the campaign pauses when it fills up.
  • The school, in orderStudents, terms and payments, with ad reports reconciled against every lead.
  • Her websiteExhibitions with a page for each artwork and online payment for originals, prints, merch and workshops.

A reel's first day: over a hundred messages answered on their own.
